Grade 8

Next week is the end of April and the beginning of May. There will be a tea ceremony class for Buddha's Birthday, Children's Day, and Banking Day. 8th graders will be participating as staff members to help teachers with the event for younger students during Children's Day. I hope that this will be an opportunity for older students to learn leadership and practice management skills while teaching younger students. We had such a wonderful week — Dana Spirit Week was absolutely awesome!

It all wrapped up with an amazing Dana Student Talent Show, and I have to say, every single performer exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, everything was just perfect. I'm incredibly proud of all of you!

Starting next week, we’ll be going back to our normal schedule, so please remember to do your homework and come to school ready to learn.

Hello Grade 8,

The weather is finally warming up, and it’s so nice to see my students enjoying the outdoors and playing soccer — what a great way to stay active and strong!

We have an exciting week ahead with Dana Spirit Week kicking off. Our first event is Pajama Day, so don’t forget to come cozy! I’m also really looking forward to seeing the amazing work you will do on the Escape Room — I just know that G8’s creation is going to be fantastic.
